I had a fantastic stay at a family-run hotel in Pistoia. The rooms were humble, but clean and comfy. The air conditioning was a big benefit, especially during the warm weather. It was also great to be able to park in front of the hotel. The location was convenient, as it was close to the town center. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious homemade cakes. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my one-night stop perfect.

Our stay was overall great! The hosts were incredibly friendly, which made us feel at home right away. We especially liked the homemade cakes during breakfast - they were excellent! the location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and easy access to public transportation.
We did find the room a bit outdated. While the room was cozy and clean, the decor was quite simple and the furnishings were old.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with freshly made cakes and jams that were simply delightful. the owners were super friendly and helpful, giving us tips on nearby shops and attractions. Plus, the hotel had free and fast Wi-Fi along with air conditioning that was a huge relief in the sweltering weather. the location was convenient, with plenty of shops nearby and the town center just a short walk away. And let's not forget about Luna, the friendly dog who melted our hearts with her affection.
The rooms were quite basic and in need of an update to match the current times. the hotel did not have a lift, which could be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.
